Process to Know Logo is Already Registered or Not

To know if your logo is already a registered trademark, you should first do a Google search. If you see any results, than that means the logo is already registered. However, don’t lose hope straight away. Look for the symbols “TM” or “R” beside them. If neither are present yet, you can move forward with the trademark registration process.

Second process is through the trademark search. Trademark search allows you to search for specific registered trademarks. The process of trademark search is as follows:

2. Enter the name of your logo

3. Press submit
